Welcome to Tararua Treasures & Treats. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Within New Zealand

  • We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.
  • Rural deliveries may take longer than standard delivery timeframes.

Click & Collect

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Shipping Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
  • Tararua Treasures & Treats is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
  • We will work with the courier provider to investigate and assist where possible.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers.
