Tararua Treasures & Treats reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Products & Services

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• Refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
• Limit quantities available for purchase.
• Discontinue products without notice.

Many items sold by Tararua Treasures & Treats are pre-loved, vintage, or one-of-a-kind and may show signs of previous use.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Prices include GST where applicable.
• Payment is required within 48 hours of placing an order unless otherwise arranged.
• Orders not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled and returned to stock without notice.

Click & Collect

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
• Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled and returned to stock. Refunds are at the discretion of management.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
• Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by courier services are outside our control.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

• Any parcel received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
• We will work with the courier provider to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
• Tararua Treasures & Treats is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services once an item has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
